IMO, Yankee Polka is a compulsory dance which is easy to lose control. It seems that the dancers' marks this time is much lower than those in Skate America. But, I remember M&G did it very well though when they competed, didn't they? ^_^
Anyway I'm glad that Carron/Jost did a nice job in compulsory dance, especially considering the starting orders. They came out very early in the competition, which surprised me a little, they should have ranked higher! But they lead for a long time until C/L came out...
Well C/J were not very strong in compulsories in the past, and they usually shine in FD. Let's wait and see.

Well C/J were not very strong in compulsories in the past, and they usually shine in FD. Let's wait and see. I have totally missed the CDs. Have you seen them, franzlfan? Actually, I think C/J have a pretty good OD too. From the Masters videos, their OD was my favorite from all the French dancers, so I'm really excited to see it more clearly.

They are certainly today's crowd favourite besides Virtue & Moir!!! The audience loved their work so much and cheered very loud for them! I'm very glad for their performance! And, they are in top three now, after CD and OD.

Carron/Jost were great! Too bad about those mistakes, though. But their OD is definitely my favorite. I also like G/P's OD, it was very fun. Didn't see a thing of C/L OD because I was too distracted trying to figure out the lyrics. But yeah, Carron/Jost were most definitely my highlight of the day!

It seems that Melissa fell from a lift in the warm up and got injured. Then they quit the competition...I feel so sorry for them...>_<
But Carron/Jost did a great job again and they actually placed ahead of Cappellini/Lanotte in the FD! Too pity they made mistakes yesterday and the total score is still in 3rd place. But anyway, great for them to get the bronze medal!
