BTW -what did you all think about Tanith's hair? I am not so sure I like it. Hm... I didn't like when she had blonde, brownish blond and brown stripes in her hair... I found it too artificial. I like this one more... but it's a bit weird... yeah... Now it's more difficult to spot her, perhaps... So actually I don't know

I think I'm too used to her being a blonde, so this totally throws me.

My first FD in this year is the Kerr's Last mohikan
but 1000 times congrats to Albena and Maxim love their FD too, and this is the perfect finnish of their career.
But at the same time i'm very sad about Isa and Oli they would had to deserve that third place.

I missed Kerrs' FD. I loved K/N and Davis/White (and not only because Charlie looks like mini-Gwendal ). Nath and Fab's FD was fun - I loved her costume with the little puffs! ;D And have you seen that lift when she's balancing on his upper back/neck? Now that's a lift! Virtue/Moir - so beautiful. I like them very much. B/A - loved the music. Loved the costumes. But the dance didn't make any impact on me. I felt like if they worked on their relationship in the dance a little more, it would be sooooo great. Domnina/Shabalin - Loved the music on the first part, later the dance got too violent/loud for me. D/L - that is definitely my favorite FD. Loved the music, loved their style, and omb...those looks..... It really did look like they're dancing for each other, and the whole arena disappeared. Which is what i really did not get from most of the other dances (errr....B/A). Albena/Maxim - I'm so glad they won. What a great way to say goodbye. Though I am sad about that. I really liked their FD, maybe not as much as D/L, but the dances are very different. Though, Max....white pants on ice? Nuh-uh! I've seen the dance the first time around in medium quality and I couldn't see his legs at all! It was a bit better on TV though. Isa/Oli - I liked their FD much more on euros. Still...I wish they got bronze. :sigh: Well, better luck in the future.

Hm... first of all I'm very angry to Eurosport! They made a quite short summarize of the FDs in 1,5 hours... not live at all... but they made a 4-hour-long broadcast of the booooring ladies SP... About the FDs...: hm... I couldn't see Pechalat&Bourzat... reason: look above Finally the only happy thing was for me that Albena&Maxim won! ;D As far as I knew that Isa&Oli had no chance to reach the 1st place, this was the best what could happen with the gold... go to Bulgaria! ;D Actually I think their dance was the best for tonight, I enjoyed it very very much! They skated way much better than at Euros, so they really deserved the 1st place. Isabelle&Olivier: their dance was the 2nd for me tonight, I love their unique style and the energy! Very difficult program, I think they should have won the bronze... just 0,24 points... too bad Somehow I found D/L boring... I really couldn't say what's the difference between their last season prog and this one... Always the same style Their lifts are unbelievably great, hard etc., but I couldn't concentrate to this FD. Though I like so much Etta James... But Belbin&Agosto were way more tiring. I adore Amelie, the film, its music, the costume wasn't bad either, but the FD couldn't catch my attention at all... It isn't B&A's style *at all*. Domnina&Shabalin: hm... The coreography and music is too much for me... I mean the gold, the fur, the loud and wild singing... I loved the 2nd part of the Kerr's FD, becoz I got home a bit late, and that's why I couldn't watch the whole program... too bad 1 more thing: I'm more than glad that Faella&Scali didn't try to do that dangerous reverse lift again *relieved sigh* Oh and I like the youngsters, they are so talented! ;D I mean Virtue&Moir and Davis&White!

You see, Roller, just 0,24 points... *sad sigh* So you couldn't watch the competition... too bad.

Sooo sad for D&S Fra, I know that if she would have been fit, they would have won it all.... No way. They got their gold medal and it will be very difficult for them to get another one. Those are the rules of figure skating and especially ice dancing. And even more with those who are behind Isa and Oli and Marie and Patch. Davis/White and Virtue/Moir were exceptional!!! In no time they'll be a thread to Domnina/Shabalin. That waltz Virtue/Moir did was the best one ever since My Sweet and Tender Beast!!! I agree that Domnina/Shabalin got a bit violent towards the end, it moved into so many directions but skating wise they were one of the best couples, they would have deserved to be on the podium. Third or even second. Marie and Patch just didn't do it for me. They seemed to connect well to each other but somehow not too well with the music. Something was wrong, I have to rewatch to figure that out Albena and Maxim very much deserved to win, all there is to say and that they are a cute couple and were cute on the podium. Isabelle didn't skate well, she seemed stiff just as Tanith Belbin did but she usually is. She has to work on her basic skating skills otherwise her free wasn't as bad as last seasons. Due to their mistake I would have put them 5th though. Nathalie and Fabian were great and I would have put them ahead of Gregory/Petukhov and Faiella/Scali in the free. Both couples were sloppy while Nathalie and Fabian did one of the best performances I have ever seen them do. They didn't show my little Italians though But Virtue/Moir definitely made up for it It's the first time I am actually looking forward to the next season and waiting for someone to reveal their new program and excited about someone will skate to since Marina and Gwendal. I hope I won't be disappointed by those who are the reason for it.

Well that was what I wish to happend, as I didn't see the competition yet. And I assum that ESPN only will show the FD of the podium, I mean the 3 first, as usual. They show all the Worlds in an hour, singles, pair, and dance, so they cannot put all the dance teams
