RTR show has ended, and Grishuk-Krasilov won it Second place belongs to Grebenkina-Lazarev (in fact they were first by judges marks, but the spectators had the final say), and third place went to Chashina-Goncharov. So, Grisuk, two-times Olympic champion and Dancing on Ice show champion as well. And at the final gala Grishuk and Platov did a number together! After being 8 years apart...

The theme of the last show was vocal duets. Berezhnaya-Nosik finally left due to sms-voting. Dapkunaite-Zhulin are still the best - beautiful stylish number to "Unforgettable, that's what you are...". Navka-Basharov were great, doing a fun number with him dressed up as a woman. He played a mum, who is angry with ther daugther for getting married without her permission. So, Navka was "her" daughter, dressed as a bride, and Averbukh was a fiance Guseva-Kostomarov finally did a nice number - to some strange russian modern song, dressed up as rockers or goths. Semenovich-Razbegaev changed their image to the lyrical one, and did a beautiful romantic dance. Other dances were not much interesting to watch. Now Pushkina-Yagudin and Barsukova-Siharulidze are nominated for sms-voting. I do hope Siharulidze to go, for his new partner is really awful.

Btw Alena, what's your personal opinion about the final result plus the Grishuk&Platov performance?

RTR show: So was Marina there as someone mentioned she might be? ORT: So B/N left? And Anton is nominated? ETA: Zee, Marinin did a great job portraying a woman. I showed it to Rasha today and she just couldn't believe it!

Well, when I first saw him, I was shocked. He didn't look like Max at all! I never thought he could be so funny, as I always thought of him as a serious man. I'm glad he proved me wrong, though!

About RTR show. Grishuk and Platov's dance was a beautiful one and they are both in good form, but... I thought something was lacking... feelings I suppose. I wanted Grishuk-Krasilov to win, but to tell the truth, I would more agree with the judges. At the final Grebenkina-Lazarev were better. As for Marina being there - well, I did not see her. ORT: Basharov is a nice woman too Though he is not a sexy one, he is a middle aged lady Siharulidze's got and AWFUL new partner, believe me - it seems to me he would love to leave himself. In fact I do not understand why on earth did he have to get another partner, when Glukoza left.

So, she is that bad? I ask because I know they got a few 6.0s last week. Were they so horrible this week?

I've no idea why they got much 6.0s - guess because judges wanted to support newly made pair - that's the only reason. She is nothing interesting and plus very disagreable person, seems, with very high self-esteem.

So, Barsukova-Siharulidze finally left. Anton promised they will be working with Berezhnaya on new exhibition numbers now - I do hope its true, for I can't watch Chaplin anymore. The theme of the show was tango. At the beginning, Chochlova-Novitskiy and Domnina-Shabalin showed their ODs of this season. Both very technical, but lacking the passion and the spirit of tango completely to my mind. The best dance of the show was, to my opinion, Dapkunaite-Zhulin's beautiful tango from "The Scent of the Woman" with Zhulin impersonating Al Pacino's blind character. Though the highest marks were won by Navka-Basharov, who did another comic dance, though in retro style - him as an army officer, who came to relax in a restaurant, and her - a waitress. it was a nice one too Guseva-Kostomarov did some techno-tango dance. Bolshova-Tikhonov - a tango from Adams Family. Pushkina-Yagudin - some funny number with him acting as a museum burglarer and her acting as a statue, who comes alive. Petrova-Butman - some slow foxtrott, which was fine enough, but they still got to the nomination of sms-voting. As well as Semenovich-Razbegaev with their combo of tango and russian national dances.

alena! ;D So, Anton finally left? Aw. I'm soooo biased. Glad to hear they're working on a new exhibition. Are there any rumours as what that might be? BTW - who do you predict will win?

No idea about what new ex might be - or maybe he said that just to say smth So, last time Semenovich-Razbegaev left. The subject of the show was russian/soviet oldies, so I'm not sure you would know any of the songs. In fact last show was not much interesting. Only number I would really recommend is Guseva-Kostomarov's dance with him dressed up as a reindeer The first place of the last event went to Bolshova-Tikhonov with a lyrical number "Tenderness" - a beautiful song from Soviet movie, and a beautiful number too. Navka-Basharov were nice, but not much interesting. Dapkunaite-Zhulin did a beautiful dance to the cult soviet New Year-themed movie - "Ironia sudby" (Irony of Fate) - a song sung by Alla Pugachova based on Marina Zvetaieva's poem. The dance was underestimated by judges, and they were placed 3d or second suppose. Petrova-Butman had kinda trio with Tikhonov, playing a story of love triangle. Pushkina-Yagudin did quite a boring number to the song from the "17 Moments of Spring" movie about soviet spy in nazist Germany. Pushkina-Yagudin and Petrova-Butman are subject to sms-voting now. As for my winning predictions - I think the podium will consist of Navka-Basharov, Dapkunaite-Zhulin and Guseva-Kostomarov, though I cannot predict the order of the places
