I love Piensa en mi. I saw it live in February...I was crying because it was the first time I was watching Marina and Gwendal skate live, but I also loved the exhibition program. I think that its my favourite exhibition program of theirs since they turned pro. I like the scarf ideas, it's something new. And of course, the chemistry between them is, as always ,amazing. I don't find it boring at all, but i understand that some people might, since they music doesnt change that much.

Sure I can tell you a bit more about it. It was the gala organised in Paris the day after the closing ceremonies of Turin, on the 28th of February(must have been). It was held at the Bercy patinoire, same as for the eric Bombard grand prix. When I arrived I saw the skaters leaving so they would go back to the hotel and get ready(saw Gwendal posing for photos)but everyone was in a really big hurry so I didnt stop them. I did, however, wait in the freezing cold for skaters before the gala, and saw most of the skaters. The only one who stopped(Gwendal didnt come during the time that I was there) was Marina. She was the last one apart from Gwendal, 20 minutes before the beginning. I asked if I could get a photo and she said yes but make it quick cause I'm in a real hurry. And we had the photo and she gave me a huge sweet smile. I was over the moon.
They skated to Star Wars and Piensa en mi. I wont talk about Star Wars cause they topic is Piensa en mi. They dominated the rink as they always do. It's even stronger live though. I had so many emotions...joy, excitement, so much emotion from the passion that they had between them and the chemistry they transmitted to the audience. I was very emotional because as I live in Cyprus, I have been waiting to see them skate live since 1999. I have been praying for that moment to come and it did so it really was a dream come true for me. I just loved the program, and at Bercy they always have beautiful lights that match the skaters.
What a wonderful night it was!

Hm... and I wonder if you made photos...

As I've never seen Marina and Gwendal live and unfortunately not even on tv, it way such a great joy for me to watch the Piensa en mi video full screen! Usually the vids that can be found on the net are not of very good quality, so Piensa me became immediately one of my fav pro programs. BTW this is my 25th post! YEAH!

I totaly agree mg! Their longer flamenco program is amazing well, but I guess we shouldnt classify it as 'pro program'...its kind of a mixture or a pro and an od.
They gave piensa en mia a lot of thought, and there are a lot of new moves in it. All their other programs had recycled moves in them...this one's different, and very original.

Well, I´ve only seen the first version of PEM so far, but I absolutely adore it!! Yes, it is a slow song, but the way they express it is amazing...It´s great if you understand what is the song about, then you can better understand their skating to it. I understand only few words, but "la boca" is one of them (not sure about the spelling) and it´s so beautiful, when Gwendal puts his fingers on Marina´s lips, when this word is heard... You know, they can speak with hands and faces and everything, it´s like not reading but watching a love poem....
