The interview is here 7dn.ru/ but only the first two pages are free. You can pourchase it for 10 rubl. (which is not so crazy price) I also uploaded it here www.uloz.to/9955715/rar (you have to click on "stahnout"...if there is any problem with it, ask me. Big big "spasibo" for the scans goes to Elka !!! Thank you very much ) The interview is finally really especially about her relation with prince Albert. At the bigining she speaks about her first years in France, about the post-olympic scandal, about her meeting with Albert about their relation, its end, about their meeting in Durban and finally about Nikita. It's really very long, quitte opened and detailed. And interesting...I was really asking myself what I would do on her place and sincerely said, I don't know ;D.And it's true the pictures are great. Marina looks even more beautiful now than before.

Me too, I liked the interview and I love his sens of humour. For me, the most interesting parts were when he described himself more like romantic than macho, said how important his familly is for him, danced a little bit. I also like his drawing style. His biggest passions are music, sport and dance. He prefers dark / black colour for the clothing, it's practical. When he goes on discotheque (+- one time every 3 weeks) he loves stay there and dance untill it's closed ;D He prefers traditional restaurant with beautiful brunette to McDonalds with beautiful blonde ;D and likes prepare dinner for his friends himself. At the end he said he's hoping to do shows soon (we hope too )

Marina gave an interview about today's ice dancing. On FSU www.fsuniverse.net/forum/showthread.php?t=80893 , there's a big discussion about it and ice dancing in general (and tha some kind person translated it ). For my part, I mostly agree with what she said and thinking about it, while I enjoy many today's dancers, I miss Marina and Gwendal even more.

sites.radiofrance.fr/chaines/france-bleu/?nr=530ca70cd2a1e652eb25af28d8400ead&c32de0f5df0fb41a9291faf690cb6a18_container_id=36470&c32de0f5df0fb41a9291faf690cb6a18_container_tid=54947I’ve just found this audio interview with Gwendal. It was done for Radio Savoi on 13 December. I think it’s the one of the most sincere, opened and interesting interviews I’ve heard from him. Just a short summary. At the begining, he was talking about his start of skating, about first competitions at the age of 8 years with Marina Morel. But he started to feel skating is something important for him at his first international competition. It was sometimes really hard, because he had to wake up at 4:30 a.m. There was one season when the only free day was Friday morning, so he could sleap until 8:00 and he really enjoyed it He said big difference between him and Marina was for exemple that in France, you have to pay for your trainings and you do it especially for having fun. In Russia, Marina was chosen into representation group and from that moment didn’t have to pay, but it was a hard work and satisfaction came especially after sucessful competitions. He had to choose 2 years to describe them more. The first one he was talking about was 2000. He said they were a little bit sad when the location of worlds was changed, as they were never in Australia. But finally, it was an incredible experience. Skating at home in Nice was awesome, the public was so load that they couldn’t hear what they were telling each other during the warm-up. Each of them had 2 bodyguards that seasson. It was also the moment when the media started to pay attention to them, they did the cover of „Paris Match“, which is quitte exceptionnal for figure skaters. The second year he described was 2003, the year when they stopped skating. They finished their carrier in the right moment, with the most important title. They could do long tours in USA, France, Japon that they couldn’t do before as they had to train for the next season. It was great to be able to say „yes“ to every invitation on some parties, tv shows,…Gwendal went in Hymalaya for the first time. He didn’t miss competitions so much, it was more difficult for Marina. He discribed quitte a lot their relation. He said Marina was his best enemy, now, she’s his friend. They were totally different, they didin’t like the same music, persons, things, they had different skating styles, opinions…well, all was different. They were arguing all the time, he even said the skaters who were on the ice in the same time thought each time it’s their last training together. Still, they missed nearly any training and menaged to create the„third person“ on the ice, which made people think they‘re in love with each other. He said people still imagine they‘re together, there was event one lady recently, who saw him in cinema with another lady and was surprised or even chocked he was there with another girl. ;D Now, they‘re friends, there’s less stress and pressure now, Marina’s less stessed, she has a family and 2 children now and even if there’s a real complicity between her and her husband, he will never know so much about her as Gwendal do, as they spend so much time together. They understand each other even without words. They also mentioned Koh Lanta and many other things. At the end, he mentioned his project of creating big show in Lyon (not only skating show). The theme is the history of silk and the silk road (there’s big tradition of silk manufacturing in Lyon). It’s probable they will skate there (Marina’s ok with the idea ) and have some principal roles , at least in the opening shows. They want to show it for the first time in November on the occasion of festivals in Lyon. They’re right now creating the music and the story.
